1.1. SIA All Logo Chocolate is the owner and administrator of the Website.

1.2. By ordering the Product through the online store, the Customer agrees to the conditions of sale of the Product (hereinafter - Conditions), which are explained below.

1.3. The above conditions, as well as the product information published on the website, are publicly available.

1.4. Mutual relations between the Customer and the Seller are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

1.5. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms.


2.1. Order processing is available to the Customer with or without registration on the Website.

2.2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in the Customer's registration form.

2.3. The customer undertakes not to disclose his username and password specified in the registration form. If the Customer suspects the disclosure of the username or password or suspects its use by third parties, the Customer undertakes to immediately notify the Seller by sending a letter to [email protected].

3.1. The Customer can process the Order by phone, e-mail, website or independently, providing the Seller with the information necessary to process the Order.

The time of receiving the product depends on the date chosen by the Customer, timely payment of the order by the Customer, type of delivery, region and address, the relevant delivery service that ensures the delivery of the product, working hours, conditions that do not directly depend on the Seller.

3.3. Informational materials placed on the website can fully reflect the characteristics of the Product (including color, dimensions, technical parameters, shape), but after receiving the order, the Seller additionally prepares a mock-up, which must be coordinated with the Customer for the production of the product.

3.4. If the Seller is unable to produce the Product, including independently of the Seller, the Seller has the right to cancel the Customer's Order by refunding the money to the Customer's account, informing the Customer about this and sending a notification to the electronic mail address that the Customer specified when registering on the Website.

3.5. If the Customer cancels a partially or fully paid order that has not yet been shipped, the amount of the canceled Order will not be returned to the Customer.

3.6. Product descriptions posted in the online store are intended for informational purposes only, and the use of the information provided does not create any legal obligations between the visitor and the Seller. The product description or image may not fully correspond to the actual product.

3.7. The owners of the online store do not assume any responsibility for the transfer of the color parameters of the photographs to the Customer's display.


4.1 Goods are delivered to all regions of Latvia and many other countries.

4.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer on the day the Customer receives the order.

4.4 In cases where the Product is not delivered to the Customer due to the fault of postal (courier service) employees during delivery, the Seller reimburses the value of the Product paid to the Customer only after the Seller has received confirmation of the loss or compensation from the postal service.

4.5 In cases where the Product is delivered to the Customer, but in bad condition due to the fault of the postal (courier service) employees during delivery, the Seller reimburses the Customer for the value of the Product paid only after the Seller has received confirmation of damage or compensation from the postal service.

4.6 In the case of an international order, the Customer can insure his Product during transportation at his own expense.

4.7 In the case of an international order, the Customer can use his courier account for transportation at his own expense.

4.8 The Order is delivered to the Customer or the person specified in the Order as the recipient of the Order.


5.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website. If the wrong price of the ordered product is indicated, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible to cancel or confirm the Customer's Order. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, the aforementioned Order is considered cancelled. If the order has been paid, the Seller refunds the amount paid.

If the company, which allows making payments with bank cards, has a reasonable suspicion that the activity is fraudulent - the company has the right to refuse the implementation of the aforementioned activity.

5.4.2. To avoid fraud, all operations performed on the site and paid for must be checked. If a person who is not the account holder is specified as the recipient of the order and the delivery address is not verified in the system, the processing of the order may be delayed for additional verification of the legality of the transaction. The person, the holder of the bank card, upon the first request of the Seller, is obliged to present copies of two pages of his/her passport: with a photograph and the place of declaration, as well as a xerox copy or a scanned image of both sides of the bank payment card (it is necessary to cover the card number, except for the last four digits). If the Customer does not present the above-mentioned documents or there are doubts about their authenticity, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order. The seller refunds the amount of the Order to the holder of the bank payment card.

5.5 The Seller has the right to grant the Customer discounts on Products and offer the Customer to participate in loyalty programs. The seller has the right to change them unilaterally.


6.1 The customer has no right to refuse the ordered and paid Product.

10.1 The relationship between the Customer and the Seller is regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

The Parties shall, as far as possible, resolve any disagreements arising between the Parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
