DESCRIPTION OF TERMS
Customer - a natural or legal person who places orders in the Internet store Love is like Fire and is the recipient of the ordered Product. The customer uses the Products purchased in the online store Love is like Fire for his personal needs, work needs, the needs of his family members and relatives or for other purposes.
Seller - Love is like Fire, SIA All Logo Chocolate.
Internet store - website on the Internet with the Internet network address www.milestibairkauguns.lv. The Seller's products, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of the ordered Product, are intended for Customers in the online store.
Website - www.milestibairkauguns.lv
Product - a material unit that is produced according to the customer's individual order
Order - duly fulfilled Customer's request for the purchase of the Product selected on the Website for delivery to the address indicated by the Customer or for delivery to the Seller's office, where the Customer must pick up the Product himself.
1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. SIA All Logo Chocolate is the owner and administrator of the Website.
1.2. By ordering the Product through the online store www.milestibairkauguns.lv, the Customer agrees to the conditions of sale of the Product (hereinafter - Conditions), which are explained below.
1.3. The above conditions, as well as the product information published on the website, are publicly available.
1.4. Mutual relations between the Customer and the Seller are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
1.5. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms.
2. REGISTRATION
2.1. Order processing is available to the Customer with or without registration on the Website.
2.2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in the Customer's registration form.
2.3. The customer undertakes not to disclose his username and password specified in the registration form. If the Customer suspects the disclosure of the username or password or suspects its use by third parties, the Customer undertakes to immediately notify the Seller by sending a letter to [email protected].
The letter is sent from the electronic mail address specified in the registration form.
3. PROCESSING OF THE ORDER AND TERMS OF ITS EXECUTION
3.1. The Customer can process the Order by phone, e-mail, website www.milestibairkauguns.lv or independently, providing the Seller with the information necessary to process the Order.
3.2. The time of receiving the product depends on the date chosen by the Customer, timely payment of the order by the Customer, type of delivery, region and address, the relevant delivery service that ensures the delivery of the product, working hours, conditions that do not directly depend on the Seller.
3.3. Informational materials placed on the website can fully reflect the characteristics of the Product (including color, dimensions, technical parameters, shape), but after receiving the order, the Seller additionally prepares a mock-up, which must be coordinated with the Customer for the production of the product.
3.4. If the Seller is unable to produce the Product, including independently of the Seller, the Seller has the right to cancel the Customer's Order by refunding the money to the Customer's account, informing the Customer about this and sending a notification to the electronic mail address that the Customer specified when registering on the Website.
3.5. If the Customer cancels a partially or fully paid order that has not yet been shipped, the amount of the canceled Order will not be returned to the Customer.
3.6. Product descriptions posted in the online store www.milestibairkauguns.lv are intended for informational purposes only, and the use of the information provided does not create any legal obligations between the visitor and the Seller. The product description or image may not fully correspond to the actual product.
3.7. The owners of the online store www.milestibairkauguns.lv do not assume any responsibility for the transfer of the color parameters of the photographs to the Customer's display.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 Goods are delivered to all regions of Latvia and many other countries.
4.2 In order for the Product to be delivered to the Customer as soon as possible, the Seller does everything possible. However, we would like to inform you that there may be delays in the delivery of the Products.
4.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer on the day the Customer receives the order.
4.4 In cases where the Product is not delivered to the Customer due to the fault of postal (courier service) employees during delivery, the Seller reimburses the value of the Product paid to the Customer only after the Seller has received confirmation of the loss or compensation from the postal service.
4.5 In cases where the Product is delivered to the Customer, but in bad condition due to the fault of the postal (courier service) employees during delivery, the Seller reimburses the Customer for the value of the Product paid only after the Seller has received confirmation of damage or compensation from the postal service.
4.6 In the case of an international order, the Customer can insure his Product during transportation at his own expense.
4.7 In the case of an international order, the Customer can use his courier account for transportation at his own expense.
4.8 The Order is delivered to the Customer or the person specified in the Order as the recipient of the Order.
5. PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT
5.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website. If the wrong price of the ordered product is indicated, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible to cancel or confirm the Customer's Order. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, the aforementioned Order is considered cancelled. If the order has been paid, the Seller refunds the amount paid.
5.2 Payment methods are offered in the payment window, which should appear when you press the "Buy" button. They are as follows - payment cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express; alternative payment methods: PayPal
5.3 The Order is accepted for further processing only after the full value of the Order has been paid to the Seller.
5.4. Payment for the Order on the Website is made using the payment system.
5.4.1. Operations with bank cards and authorization services are provided by Serdbank AS. If the company, which allows making payments with bank cards, has a reasonable suspicion that the activity is fraudulent - the company has the right to refuse the implementation of the aforementioned activity.
5.4.2. To avoid fraud, all operations performed on the site and paid for must be checked. If a person who is not the account holder is specified as the recipient of the order and the delivery address is not verified in the system, the processing of the order may be delayed for additional verification of the legality of the transaction. The person, the holder of the bank card, upon the first request of the Seller, is obliged to present copies of two pages of his/her passport: with a photograph and the place of declaration, as well as a xerox copy or a scanned image of both sides of the bank payment card (it is necessary to cover the card number, except for the last four digits). If the Customer does not present the above-mentioned documents or there are doubts about their authenticity, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order. The seller refunds the amount of the Order to the holder of the bank payment card.
5.5 The Seller has the right to grant the Customer discounts on Products and offer the Customer to participate in loyalty programs. The seller has the right to change them unilaterally.
6. PRODUCT RETURN
6.1 The customer has no right to refuse the ordered and paid Product.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. Copying text information and graphic images published on the site is prohibited. www.milestibairkauguns.lv trademark, trademark name and logos published on the Website belong to its owner.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8.1 The Seller does not assume any responsibility for losses incurred by the Customer as a result of improper use of the Product.
8.2 The seller assumes no responsibility for the content and functionality of external websites.
8.3 The Seller has the right to give or deliver to third parties in any way his rights and obligations arising from mutual relations with the Customer.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
9.1. Providing information about the customer.
9.1.1 When registering on the Website, the Customer provides the following information: Name, company name, delivery address, telephone number, email address.
9.2 Use of information provided by the client.
9.2.1. The Seller uses the Customer's information for the purpose of:
register the Customer on the Website;
fulfill their obligations to the Client;
evaluate the Site and perform job analysis;
to inform the Customer about additional products or promotions.
9.2.2 The Seller has the right to send advertising materials and information notices to the Customer. If the Customer does not want to receive notifications of such content from the Seller, he or she can opt out by clicking on the opt-out link in the received e-mail.
9.3 Disclosure of Information Received by the Seller.
9.3.1 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer. Delivery of information about the Customer to agents and third parties acting in accordance with the contract concluded with the Seller in order to fulfill the obligations of the Customer's Order is not considered a violation.
9.3.2. Disclosure of information, insofar as it complies with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, is not considered a violation of the terms.
9.3.3 The seller receives IP address information about visitors to the website www.milestibairkauguns.lv. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
9.4 The Seller does not assume any responsibility for the information that the Customer has provided on the Website in public form.
10. OTHER TERMS
10.1 The relationship between the Customer and the Seller is regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2 If any questions or disagreements arise, the Customer contacts the Seller by phone or e-mail [email protected]. The Parties shall, as far as possible, resolve any disagreements arising between the Parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
